Syphilis is back in Cornwall

The GU Clinic has recently reported a syphilis outbreak in Cornwall. Syphilis is easily passed on during unprotected sex. Using condoms makes it less likely you'll get syphilis when fucking, but sucking can also pass on the infection too. Fingering, rimming, fisting, wanking someone and kissing could also pass syphilis on.
Syphilis is serious because if it's not treated it can damage your heart, brain and other parts of your body.
How can I know if I've got syphilis?
The GU Clinic is encouraging all sexually active gay or bisexual men (or men who have sex with men) to get a blood test to check whether you're infected. Phone: 01872 255044
